What you eat matters more than exercise. Many think that spending a lot of time training in the gym is enough to give you the #bodygoals you’ve always dreamt of but that’s not the case. To be in your best shape and reach your optimal health, you need to revamp your current diet together with proper training. Let’s find out which diet is right for you.

1.Whole 30

This diet is to help you put an end to unhealthy cravings and habits. It helps to heal your digestive tract and jump-start your metabolism. The 30-day diet is designed to teach you how the food you’ve been eating is impacting your overall well-being.

What you can eat: Vegetables, fruits, unprocessed meat, fish, eggs and nuts.

What you can’t eat: Dairy, Junk food, alcohol and grains.

2.Blood type diet

The name says it all right? This type of diet urges people to eat certain food and avoid others based on their blood type. Blood type diet can really do wonders to your digestive system!

What you can and can’t eat:

  • Type O blood: high protein diet and go light on grains, beans and dairy.
  • Type A blood: Stay away from meat as type A blood have a sensitive immune system.
  • Type B blood: Eat more greens, eggs, and low-fat dairy. Try to avoid corn, wheat, lentils, and chicken.
  • Type AB blood: Focus on greens, tofu, seafood and dairy. Avoid alcohol and caffeine at all cost.

5.DASH

What you can eat: Vegetables, fruits and low-fat dairy foods

What you can’t eat: Any food that is high in sodium, caffeine and alcohol
