- Exercise Regularly
Steal some of your time for exercise. For a beginner, moderate exercise is enough. For example, go for a brisk walk in the park, do some light jogging or cycling. But if you want some challenge, try doing an intensive workout for a duration of time that suits your daily schedule. But every action comes with a consequence, you will get muscle soreness during or after a workout. Don’t get injured and do it properly! Stay hydrated, stretch and make sure you get enough protein.
- Eat right!
Eat more vegetables, protein, and other healthy foods. Cut sugar and oil, throw away all the junk food and get your food timing right. Never skip breakfast. Eat six times a day and consume smaller portions rather than having a large portion in one go. This will help you to breathe easier and properly without having to desperately gasp for air whenever you’re exercising because of the excessive food in your digestive system.
- Get enough sleep
8 hours of sleep is required for adults. Sleep is very important for our physical and mental health. This is because sleep can improve your muscle growth and generate new cells and tissues. Plus sleep also helps to burn more calories and increase your metabolism. No matter how busy you are, do sleep on time for your own health.
- Stay motivated
The most powerful tool to stay motivated is our own will. Set your goals and keep a positive mindset. Surround yourself with positive people who are supportive in order to achieve your objective. Be positive all the time and throw away all negative thoughts that could bring you down or demotivate you to be better.
