Eat only when you’re hungry
You don’t have to eat the very moment you open your eyes, instead wait for the hunger signal from your body and only then proceed to have a meal. Sometimes when your body is too tired or your sleep schedule is not consistent, your circadian rhythm which regulates hunger and appetite may be interrupted and you won’t be feeling hungry.
However, do not wait more than three hours after waking up to eat something as it may harm your digestive system and metabolism rate.
Listen to your body
Recent studies found that there is no difference in weight between those who eat breakfast and those who don’t so you need to learn to listen to your body, do not wait till you’re starving to eat as it may result in overeating.
