Widely known as one of the greatest players of all time, Pele appeared in the film Escape to Victory as a Trinidad and Tobago player named Luis Fernandez. He was joined by top footballers including Bobby Moore and Ossie Ardiles, playing allied prisoners of war playing a match against a team of German soldiers.
