In conjunction with Father’s Day on June 16th, we’ve compiled a list of footballers and their adorable kids.

1.Lionel Messi

On the day his eldest son was born, Messi wrote on his Facebook saying, “Today I am the happiest man in the world, my son was born and thanks to God for this gift!”. He later tattooed his son’s name and hand prints on his left calf.  

2. Cristiano Ronaldo

Considered as one of the best footballers in the world, this father of four knows how to juggle his career and personal life well. Cristiano Jr. was born in 2010 but the Portuguese star never revealed the identity of the mother as per agreement with her. In 2017, Ronaldo became a father to twins, Eva and Mateo via surrogacy and a few months later, his girlfriend, Georgina Rodriguez, a Spanish model gave birth to their daughter, Alana Martina.

3. Neymar Jr.

Neymar had a son when he was just 19-year-old. He described the birth of his son as “2.8 kg of pure happiness”.  Neymar admits that it’s not always easy being a young father but he’s trying his best to always be there for his son.

4. Mohamed Salah

Mohamed Salah got married in 2013 and welcomed his baby daughter, Makka in 2014. He named his daughter in honour of the Islamic holy city of Mecca.

5.Sergio Ramos

Scheduled to be married sometime this month with his long-term girlfriend, Pilar Rubio, they have three sons together: Sergio Jr (2014), Marco (2015) and Alejandro (2018).

6.Harry Kane

Kane has known his fiancée, Katie Goodland since childhood but only opened up about his relationship in 2015. They announced the birth of their first daughter, Ivy Jane Kane in 2017 and a year later, they welcomed their second daughter, Vivienne Jane Kane.

7.Luis Suarez

Suarez got married in 2009 with Sofia Balbi who he has been dating since he was 15-years-old. The couple has two sons and a daughter. 8.Wayne Rooney

After six years of dating, Rooney got married to his high-school sweetheart, Coleen in 2008 and have now settled down in America with their four kids. The couple welcomed their first child, Kai in November 2009, Klay in May 2013, Kit in January 2016 and Cass in February 2018.

9.Sergio Aguero

Aguero was married for four years to Gianinna Maradona, the youngest daughter of Argentina legend Diego Maradona. Aguero skipped a training session while with Atletico to be with Gianinna who was giving birth to their son in 2009.

10. Gareth Bale

Bale is very private about his family. When his father-in-law, Martin Rhys-Jones, a convicted fraudster posted a photo of his youngest new-born son, he was so furious as family members were informed to not share any photos of the baby on social media. Bale and his fiancée, Emma Rhys-Jones have three beautiful kids together.
