In 2012, Turkish Airlines did an ad with Lionel Messi and Kobe Bryant, an American former professional basketball player. It was so well received by sports fans over the world that the video surpassed 20 million YouTube views and became a viral sensation quite some time back.
This action-packed ad will leave you amused and confused. The 2 minutes and 35 seconds long ad includes Neymar, Philippe Coutinho, Kevin De Bruyne, Ronaldinho, Andrea Pirlo, Gennaro Gattuso, Mal Pugh, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Barcelona’s young prodigy Xavi Simons and many more.
Bimbo is a Mexican bakery company and they hired Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo to help them market their products. We bet their sales went sky high after the campaign. Till date, they refuse to disclose how much they paid the big names.

Funtastic Ltd signed Messi to promote their ‘very exclusive toy’ which they claimed will put a smile on the faces of millions of children around the world. #tbh it’s probably the worst football ad ever in history. #sorrynotsorry
