Haaland creates history!
Erling Braut Haaland became the first teenager to score in five consecutive UEFA Champions League games as Red Bull Salzburg defeated Belgian side Genk 4-1.
The 19-year-old Norway international scored his side’s fourth goal in the 87th minute to take his tally to eight goals in Europe this season.
Haaland, who is the son of former Leeds, Manchester City and Nottingham Forest player Alf-Inge Haaland, marked his Champions League debut by becoming the third-youngest player in the competition’s history to score a hat-trick, at 19 years and 58 days old.
The player has been linked with the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool, Real Madrid and Barcelona following his stellar performances this season.
