2. Set realistic goals
Don’t try to achieve so many things at once instead try to focus on one thing at a time. When you have achieved something on your list, you’ll feel motivated to work towards the next one.
3. Train with a friend
Friends…they make our life so much better in every possible way, agree? to keep yourself motivated, try to get at least one of your friends to work out or train with you.
4. Proper diet
Eat regularly and drink more water. Ronaldo eats up to six smaller meals a day to make sure he has sufficient energy during games and training sessions and it’s a known fact that he avoids alcohol.
Create a practical routine and make sure you follow it. Ronaldo said, “Be disciplined. Keeping yourself motivated and sticking to your routine is key. For me, there is no room for easing off so I have to be strict.”
A great physique doesn’t just happen. Ronaldo spends hours at the gym, however, he said, “Don’t limit yourself, the world is your gym”. His favourite post-match exercise is swimming as it is a brilliant full body workout.
Ronaldo claimed that, “Proper sleep is really important for getting the most out of training,”. Getting enough sleep is as important as any other aspect of his fitness regimes.
According to Ronaldo, “Training and physical sessions are most important, but living a relaxed lifestyle helps you to be the best you can be, physically and mentally.”
